ASU ADOT Pavement Materials Conference

Learn more about your impact

Your generosity helps to honor and connect our top students with industry partners to support and advance the needed pipeline of talent for the pavements industry. Each year companies from around the country come together with ASU, ADOT and the US Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration to engage about best practice, new developments and future goals. Together, we build and connect with students through scholarships, honor Dr. Matt Witczak and advance the Pavement and Materials Industry connecting and supporting with thousands of attendees from the local industry community over the years.

Sponsorship Funds from the 2022 Pavements/Materials Conference will go to support the ASU Pavements and Materials Lab, advancing graduate students to support our continued work with the best engineering educators and industry partners. Throughout the year we strive to update the equipment in the Advanced Pavements Lab, travel for graduate students to present at technical conferences and industry workshops on timely subjects.

Impact of Donor Support

  • More learners can pursue higher education. In 2022, 22,000 donors contributed $66.3 million for scholarships.
  • More students succeed. ASU ranks #1 among the state’s public universities for its 86% first-year retention rate thanks in part to donor-funded student success initiatives.
  • And donors helped ASU offer more than 4,500 hours of free tutoring.

Our family believes in giving back and sharing the blessings we have received financially and through our time."
