Learn more about your impact

Wickenburg Conservation Foundation (WCF) is a non-profit whose mission is to preserve the Sonoran Desert for responsible and safe recreational use by establishing and maintaining trails and developing and hosting nature-based educational programs. Our mission is accomplished through partnerships at the local, state and federal levels.

This fund supports students at ASU by providing applied learning experiences and financial support through internships. Funds will further impact Arizona communities through public education curriculum development.

This fund fosters the desert ecosystem by supporting an Arizona campaign to tackle the issue of litter in our beautiful Sonoran Desert through the Wickenburg Clean and Beautiful program. This initiative includes monthly litter cleanups, ambassadors stationed at recreational sites, community outreach and Leave No Trace education programs for youth and adults.

Impact of Donor Support

Because of you:

  • More learners can pursue higher education. In 2022, 22,000 donors contributed $66.3 million for scholarships.
  • More students succeed. ASU ranks #1 among the state's public universities for its 86% first-year retention rate thanks in part to donor-funded student success initiatives.
  • And donors helped ASU offer more than 4,500 hours of free tutoring.

Our family believes in giving back and sharing the blessings we have received financially and through our time."
